Experience Tanzania provides several avenues for helping those in need in our communities.

If you are coming to vacation or volunteer, we encourage you to do some fund raising before you come. We've seen people collect pledges for every foot of Kilimanjaro they conquer and fund raising parties held in your home town before your departure.

Bring the funds you raise with you and you can be apart of the decision making process on how these funds are used. Build a school, buy some books, provide some food and water. There are lots of needs and plenty of ways to put the money to work.

The next avenue is the conventional donation. If you are interested in making a donation, contact us today and we'll instruct you on the best method for transferring the funds.

Finally, donations don't have to be cash. Donations in kind are fondly received. Contact us before your departure and we'll let you know what is most in need. Schools run low on exercise books, pens, chalk, erasers, etc. Orphanages can sometimes use blankets or sheets or pillowcases. Or you may decide to buy the young boys in the Street Children's center some drums or other musical instruments. You decide...we'll help you make it happen.
