Our language program is a structured approach to the learning of Swahili. We also offer tailor-made courses for language and orientation. Cultural orientation is included in all the courses. The tailor-made courses are designed according to the needs of the participants. Discounts are available depending on the number of participants.

Language Training Methods
- Language topics are integrated with cultural cores values.
- Excursions within the community eg. Markets, shops institutions, post-offices etc.
- Use of pictures , language games, demonstrations, prepared language materials -texts, role-plays etc
- Use of realia
- Language learners are placed in big and small groups depending on the learners abilities and needs.
Swahili Beginners Course
The course is meant for those learners who have no background in Swahili language and would like to acquire some survival language and cope with the environment.
Course Content
- Basic language structures.
- Simple communication skills to survive within the community of Swahili speakers.
- Cross-cultural issues are discussed and addressed within the language topics taught.
Swahili Language for intermediate learners
The intermediate Swahili language training is offered to those speakers who have acquired some basic Swahili.
It is usually for those who have competently completed the beginners’ course and have used the language for at least a few months.
Course Content
- Exchange basic information.
- More complicated language structures.
- Cross-cultural issues related to the language topics and situations.
Swahili Training Program for Advanced Learners
This training is offered to Swahili language learners who have learnt and used the language and now wish to learn the most complicated language structures and use the language more like a native speaker.

- Exchange all kinds of information.
- Use of all complicated language structures.
- Cross-cultural issues discussed to give meaning in situations.
